Instructions
- Whisk butter and sugar, add egg, then fold in flour and cocoa.
- Bake until set, then cool completely.
- Beat peanut butter with cream and sugar, spread over brownies, and chill.
- Heat cream and chocolate to make ganache, pour over setup, and refrigerate until firm.
