Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 300–400mg magnesium glycinate powder
- 1 capsule or 1/4 teaspoon vitamin B complex powder
- 1 teaspoon organic cold-pressed coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 8–10 ounces purified water
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon raw organic honey
Instructions
- Measure 8 to 10 ounces of purified water into a clean glass or ceramic mixing cup.
- Make sure the water is room temperature or slightly warm.
- Gather the Himalayan pink salt, magnesium glycinate powder, vitamin B complex, coconut oil, lemon juice, and optional honey.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of finely ground Himalayan pink salt to the water.
- Stir continuously for 20 to 30 seconds until the salt crystals dissolve fully.
- Sprinkle 300-400mg magnesium glycinate powder into the salted water.
- Stir vigorously for 30 to 40 seconds to prevent clumping.
- Open the vitamin B complex capsule and pour the powder into the mixture, or add 1/4 teaspoon vitamin B complex powder.
- Pour in 1 teaspoon cold-pressed organic coconut oil.
- Stir continuously for 20 seconds to integrate the oil.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice.
- Stir gently for 15 seconds to distribute the lemon juice.
- If desired, add 1/2 teaspoon raw organic honey.
- Stir the complete mixture vigorously for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Consume immediately after preparation.
- Rinse your mouth with water after consuming.

Consume on an empty stomach, ideally 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast. Use finely ground Himalayan pink salt, magnesium glycinate, fresh lemon juice, and cold-pressed coconut oil for best results.
