A Ninja Creami mango sorbet recipe delivers restaurant-quality frozen desserts directly from your kitchen with minimal effort, fresh mango puree, honey, lime juice, and a smooth tropical texture.

  • Total Time: 24 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4-6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 fresh ripe mangoes, about 4 cups puree
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Select 3 to 4 ripe mangoes that yield slightly to gentle pressure.
  2. Wash the mangoes thoroughly under cool running water.
  3. Slice the mangoes lengthwise around the flat pit.
  4. Score the mango flesh and scoop the pulp into a blender.
  5. Discard the mango pits and skins.
  6. Measure about 4 cups of fresh mango puree.
  7. Add the mango puree to your blender.
  8. Pour in 1 cup of filtered water.
  9. Add 1/2 cup of honey, adjusting slightly based on mango sweetness.
  10. Squeeze in 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice.
  11. Sprinkle in 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt.
  12. Blend on high speed for 90 to 120 seconds until completely smooth.
  13. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
  14. Pour the blended sorbet base into Ninja Creami molds or containers up to the maximum fill line.
  15. Insert popsicle sticks if using molds.
  16. Freeze for at least 24 hours, or up to 30 hours for best texture.
  17. Remove the frozen molds from the freezer.
  18. Let them sit at room temperature for 2 to 3 minutes.
  19. Run warm water over the outside of each mold to loosen if needed.
  20. Place the frozen sorbet into the Ninja Creami machine according to the manufacturer instructions.
  21. Select the sorbet or slushi setting.
  22. Process for 90 to 120 seconds until creamy sorbet forms.
  23. Serve immediately for the best texture.
  24. Transfer leftovers to airtight freezer-safe containers if needed.

Notes

Use ripe Ataulfo or honey mangoes for the best tropical flavor. Blend the base until completely smooth before freezing. Freeze for the full 24 hours minimum, and let the frozen molds rest briefly before processing for the creamiest texture.
