  • 1 tablespoon ashwagandha powder
  • 1 tablespoon brahmi powder
  • 2 teaspoons lion’s mane mushroom powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts, finely ground
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, finely ground
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginseng root powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grind the raw walnuts into a fine powder using a food processor or high-powered blender.
  2. Toast the pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet over medium-low heat for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Grind the toasted pumpkin seeds into fine particles.
  4. Finely chop the goji berries into small pieces.
  5. Measure the ashwagandha, brahmi, lion’s mane, ginger, turmeric, and ginseng into separate small bowls.
  6. Pour the raw honey into a medium glass mixing bowl.
  7. Add the coconut oil to the honey.
  8. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds until combined.
  9. Add the vanilla extract and mix for 10 seconds.
  10. Sprinkle the ashwagandha powder over the honey mixture.
  11. Stir continuously for 30 seconds, breaking up any clumps.
  12. Add the brahmi powder and mix for 30 seconds.
  13. Add the lion’s mane mushroom powder and stir for 30 seconds.
  14. Add the ginger powder and mix for 20 seconds.
  15. Stir in the turmeric powder for 30 seconds.
  16. Add the ginseng root powder and mix for 30 seconds until uniform.
  17. Fold in the ground walnut powder using gentle downward strokes.
  18. Add the ground pumpkin seeds and fold for 30 seconds.
  19. Gently fold in the chopped goji berries.
  20. Continue stirring the complete blend for 2 minutes until all particles are evenly suspended.
  21. Transfer the finished blend to a clean glass jar with an airtight lid.
  22. Let the blend rest at room temperature for 4 hours before consuming.
  23. Stir before each use.

Notes

Use raw, unfiltered honey for the best flavor and enzyme content. Do not heat the blend above 80°F, as high heat can reduce beneficial properties. Store in an amber glass jar away from sunlight and stir regularly to keep ingredients evenly distributed.
