Ingredients

4 oz sirloin steak (or flank steak)
4 cups mixed greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup kalamata olives
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt to taste
Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill), chopped
Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat grill or cast-iron skillet to high heat (450°F)
Season steak with salt, oregano, 1 tsp olive oil
Grill/sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 5 minutes
Arrange mixed greens on a platter or plate
Top with sliced steak, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives
Sprinkle feta cheese and fresh herbs over the salad
Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil and lemon juice over the salad
