6 large eggs
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat
Add onion and garlic; sauté 5 minutes until softened
Stir in spinach, cherry tomatoes, oregano, basil, and black pepper; cook 3-4 minutes
In a bowl, whisk eggs, then gently fold into skillet mixture
