2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Heat olive oil in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat
Sauté onions and garlic until softened, 3-4 minutes
Add mushrooms and spinach, cook until spinach wilts, 5-7 minutes
