1/2 cup blueberries, fresh
1/2 cup raspberries, fresh
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

Rinse farro under cold water in a fine-mesh strainer
Heat milk in a medium pot over medium heat, add farro
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until tender
Fluff farro with a fork once cooked
In a large bowl, mix cooked farro, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and lemon zest
Fold in blueberries, raspberries, and sliced almonds
