- 2 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin powder
- 1 cup warm filtered water
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat one cup of filtered water to approximately 150°F.
- Pour the hot water into a heat-safe glass or mug.
- Allow the water to cool for exactly two minutes before adding gelatin.
- Measure two tablespoons of grass-fed gelatin powder.
- Slowly whisk the gelatin into the warm water while stirring continuously for 30 seconds.
- Continue stirring for another 30 seconds until completely smooth.
- Add freshly grated ginger root and stir well.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder into the mixture.
- Whisk vigorously for 20 seconds until evenly distributed.
- Stir in raw honey until completely dissolved.
- Add fresh lemon juice and stir thoroughly.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness if desired.
- Allow the mixture to cool for two minutes before drinking.
- Stir once more before consuming immediately.
Notes
Never use boiling water because temperatures above 160°F can damage beneficial collagen proteins. Use grass-fed gelatin for best quality, and consume immediately after preparation for the smoothest texture and maximum effectiveness.
