- ½ to 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)

- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Measure organic cottage cheese into a medium mixing bowl.
- Add cold-pressed flaxseed oil and stir gently.
- Pour in filtered water and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Grind whole golden flaxseeds immediately before use.
- Add freshly ground flaxseed to the cottage cheese mixture and fold gently.
- Stir in raw honey if desired.
- Top with fresh berries.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if using.
- Consume immediately within five to ten minutes of preparation.
Notes
Always grind flaxseed fresh before mixing and use full-fat organic cottage cheese for best results. Store flaxseed oil refrigerated and never heat the mixture to preserve delicate omega-3 oils and enzymatic activity.
