  • 23 tablespoons filtered water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure organic cottage cheese into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add cold-pressed flaxseed oil and stir gently.
  3. Pour in filtered water and mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Grind whole golden flaxseeds immediately before use.
  5. Add freshly ground flaxseed to the cottage cheese mixture and fold gently.
  6. Stir in raw honey if desired.
  7. Top with fresh berries.
  8. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if using.
